Terms & Conditions (Business-Specific Additions)

Please apply Shopify’s standard Terms & Conditions framework and include the following:

Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. Certain products, including live bees, are seasonal, limited in quantity, and offered on a pre-sale basis.

Pricing & Errors
Prices are subject to change without notice. K.E.R. XTREME LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraud.

Shipping Responsibility
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, K.E.R. XTREME LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruption, or force majeure events.

Intellectual Property
All product designs, branding, logos, images, videos, and written content are the exclusive property of K.E.R. XTREME LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Live Bee Sales Policy (Final Sale with Limited Arrival Guarantee)

All live bees are sold on a pre-order basis and are final sale. Due to the nature of live animals, live bees are non-returnable and non-refundable, except as outlined below.

Customers will be notified by email when live bees ship. Upon delivery, customers have 24 hours from delivery notification to report any dead-on-arrival (DOA) issues.

To qualify for a replacement:
    •    The customer must email store@MELLIVO.com within 24 hours of delivery notification
    •    The email must include clear photo evidence of the dead bees

If dead-on-arrival is confirmed, K.E.R. XTREME LLC will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Failure to notify K.E.R. XTREME LLC within 24 hours, or failure to provide photo documentation, voids any replacement eligibility. No replacements, refunds, or credits will be issued after this period.

Live bee orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Return, Refund, Cancellation & Restocking Policy

Live Bees
All live bees are pre-sold, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Sales are final. Replacement is available only for verified dead-on-arrival claims reported within 24 hours with photo confirmation sent to store@MELLIVO.com.

Order Cancellations (Non-Live Goods)
Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Defective or Damaged Products (Non-Live Goods)
Any defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing store@MELLIVO.com with photo documentation. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of K.E.R. XTREME LLC.

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items, final-sale items, custom items, and special-order items are non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.

Equipment & Apparel Returns
New, unused equipment and apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and free of wear, damage, or alteration.

Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, which will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Process
Customers must contact support prior to returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Address errors may result in delays, additional fees, or order cancellation.
