Mellivo Inner Cover

The Mellivo Inner Cover is an important component of a well-functioning hive, designed to improve ventilation, reduce moisture buildup, and create proper spacing between the hive body and outer cover. Placed directly on top of the upper hive box, the inner cover helps regulate airflow while providing bees with the space they need to move comfortably within the hive.

Our inner cover features a center ventilation opening, which can be used for additional airflow, feeding, or adding moisture-absorbing materials during colder months. This opening also helps reduce condensation inside the hive—one of the leading causes of winter colony loss.
